I got into F1 because of an article I read about Kimi. My favorite Kimi moment was when Hamilton rearended him at the pit exit and Kimi casually got out, walked up to Lewis, tapped Lewis on the shoulder and pointed at the red light.

I just saw this video, and I love how it was posted not long before the Australian Grand Prix where at the end of the race EVERYONE thought it was a great idea to jump the fences and be on track while racing was technically still "active" haha

I'm a British fan and I can say I'm content with how well Max is doing at the moment. I even think he deserved to win in 2021 and while the circumstances at the end of Abu Dhabi will always be controversial, I would've been fine with either outcome, as Max raced so well that year and was handed some pretty bad luck in some cases, but Lewis getting an 8th WDC and breaking another record is something I hope might still happen but seems less likely now. Ultimately if Mercedes had called Lewis in to pit he might've had more of a fight when the race resumed, but then also I don't like how he ignored Turn 6 at the start and got away with it, so there's that. Complaints about Max dominance from people who were quiet during Lewis dominance are just pure hypocrisy. I'm enjoying the competition; even when Max is expected to win, it can come down to the battle for second place too. Then we get a case like Miami with Lando finally winning a race which I was really happy to see as well. I've wanted him to win for a long time, even more after what went wrong at Sochi. I enjoyed watching Vettel during his championship days too despite the hate that he got during that time as well. It's just happening again; someone stands out from the rest and people complain because he's good at what he does.

I still really wish Lewis had been able to win his rookie season; that would have been such a fantastic achievement and it's a shame that he lost out on that by so little. (It also means that if everything else played out the same way, he'd have that eighth title by now anyway, and maybe as a bonus people who are still butthurt about 2021 might not complain so much...or maybe they would, actually.)

Some months have passed, so… Red Bull: Verstappen/Perez Mercedes: Russell/Antonelli Aston Martin: Alonso/Stroll (obviously) Alpine: Gasly/Sainz Williams: Albon/Bottas Toro Rosso: Lawson/Tsunoda Sauber: Hulkenberg/Giovinazzi Haas: Bearman/Mazepin Stroll will stay at Aston Martin because it’s his dad’s team. Lawson will sign for Toro Rosso because Ricciardo isn’t performing. Perez will stay at Red Bull because he’s good enough. Bearman will go to Haas because of many obvious reasons. Mazepin will go to Haas because sanctions got lifted and he can buy a seat again, and haas need the money. Magnussen just gets screwed over. I think Antonelli will replace Sargeant mid season and then go to Mercedes at the end, even if he doesn’t perform well, mainly because there is such a big hype around him.

I think people take the films too literally, like I really enjoyed Cars 3, and thought it tied up McQueen's arc pretty well, but all I heard anyone else say was that the film made no sense because McQueen was a car who could get his parts replaced if need be. Like just embody the kid watching a dope racing film and not the cynical adult you've become? Admittedly, the second film is actually insane lmao.

They even had to tell oscar to chill with overtaking so he wouldn't ruin Lando's chance! You made this sound pretty underwhelming for what was a surprising result! Also the Nowins merch wasn't an insecure move to me, it was more of a troll by Lando and his team. I do like your videos, just felt the tone for this one was a little off.

Lando's story reminds me of Jensen Button's. They're very similar in that they are both praised as great drivers & both had folks questioning them until their first wins. Hopefully, Lando will keep on the Jensen track and ends up as World Champion one day.
